As much as possible, we will “flex” PowerLead as necessary to fit a client’s schedules to achieve effective leadership evolution, without sacrificing quality and productivity.

Typically, plants who deploy PowerLead  will offer more than one session based on the number of leaders who need the training. This provides inbuilt flexibility if someone misses a session. In situations where that’s not feasible, organizations can partner leaders with each other. They then support each other. Additionally Human Resources gets involved and supplies additional support.

To get the most out of the training though, we highly recommend people attend all the training sessions they can.

Each PowerLead attendee receives a hard copy workbook that they can make their own. The workbook includes visuals, definitions, activity notes, action plans, and reflection areas. Students are also provided with job aids that they can have with them while they’re on the floor, and use for consistent reminders.

Diverse factors influence the level of engagement during sessions. Ultimately, encouragement and recognition from plant leadership to the participants solidifies how engaged attendees are and the degree to which they apply their learning.

There are a variety of ways we reinforce the training, and we identify the best methods that will work with each client. Based on client needs, we select from the available reinforcement options for learning application on the job. These range from application discussion sessions following training, to coaching leaders on how to best support the participants and what they’ve learned.
